At Hawk Ford, our Service Department provides repairs and routine maintenance on all Ford models and other vehicles we sell. Stop by today and take advantage of our service specials as well. We keep your Ford service bulletins in our service center along with your latest service schedule record.
Your vehicle represents a significant investment, and taking an active role in maintaining your vehicle will help you protect this investment. Proper maintenance will help extend the life of your vehicle and preserve its value. In addition to helping you avoid costly repairs down the road, regular maintenance will optimize your Vehicles performance, safety and fuel efficiency.
Service. What You Can Expect at Hawk Ford...
Check In: Thank you for having your vehicle serviced at Hawk Ford. Our service procedure starts with the Check In. We will tag your vehicle, ask you to sign a work order, a damage disclosure from, and introduce you to an Assistant Service Manager.
Timely Update: If your vehicle requires additional time for repair, you can expect a timely update from your Assistant Service Manager.
Write Up: You will meet with your Assistant Service Manager to discuss needed repairs and maintenance. If required, you may be asked to go on a test drive with a technician to verify a condition.
Completed Repairs: Your Assistant Service Manager will contact you when your repair is complete and will explain the service work performed and charges, if applicable. Paperwork for the repairs completed on your vehicle will be at the cashier.
Status Report: Your Assistant Service Manager will contact you by 3:00pm with a status report if your vehicle was scheduled for the day shift or by 10:00pm for the night shift. Other arrangements may be made if necessary
Vehicle Pickup: When you return, you can be confident that we've done our very best to FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Please go to the cashier to pick up your vehicle. The cashier will give you your paperwork. If you would like further explanation, just ask for your Assistant Service Manager. A service porter will bring your vehicle to the east ext of the service drive. Please exit the dealership on Meade Avenue.
FUTURE APPOINTMENTS PROCEDURES
What to do when you need to have your vehicle serviced.
- Call the Hawk Ford appointment desk at 708-599-6000, press 2 for the Service Department, then press 1 to make an appointment. Please have the following information ready about your vehicle: YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, VEHICLE ID NUMBER, APPROXIMATE MILEAGE, THE TYPE OF SERVICE PLAN (if purchased), AND THE REASON THAT SERVICE IS REQUIRED. You will then be assigned a date and time to meet with your Assistant Service Manager who will review your concerns and create the repair order. You vehicle will be scheduled to be worked on during that shift.
- You may also use the internet to schedule your service appointment online. Just click to Schedule Service Appointment. Please fill our all information areas as indicated. We will respond with a confirmation of your appointment date.
- Please arrive at your scheduled time and enter lot through the east entrance on 95th Street. Proceed to the service door, where you will be greeted by a service porter who will tag your vehicle and direct you to your service advisor.
