It is worth the drive to have my F-150 serviced at Hawk Ford. These guys are pros and get the job done right and FAST the first time. The Ford Dealer by me treats me like a number instead of a person. I did not buy it at Hawk Ford but I service it there and when I am ready to trade it in I going to Hawk Ford in Oak Lawn.

I will never buy a car anywhere else Again. Hawk Ford made easier than I thought possible. I am driving a new 2010 Ford Fusion for $199 per month!

I shopped for Weeks trying to save big on my new Focus. One dealer even had me drive all the way out to Schaumburg only to find that the car in the paper had been sold and the others available were more expensive. I started my process at Hawk Ford. Wish I would have just pulled the trigger that day and saved myself the aggravation. Ended up buying at Hawk Ford and I am glad I did.

I recently purchased my 3rd Ford. This time I went Hawk Ford and I will never go anywhere else. By the time I left I felt like family. I was introduced to Ken the Service Manger and other personal at the dealership. My new Taurus SHO is Awesome! In the past I had gone to what ever dealership had the lowest price advertised in the paper. My salesman Joe Venditti took me onto his competitors web sites and even called another dealership for me to make sure I was getting the lowest price. I was in and out in about an hour, I got a great deal and I could NOT be happier!

I want to Commend and Thank Ken Klein and his Service Department staff for their continued great service. Most recently, while on vacation in Wisconsin, the brake lights stopped working on my 2003 Expedition, I checked the fuses,they were all fine, so I called and spoke with Ken, while I was on the express way, on the way home. I explained to him the problem, and told him that I really needed the truck back that night because my family & I were taking another trip out of state in the morning to conclude our vacation. Ken told me to bring it by as soon as we got in town. I brought it in, and talked with Ken, he set me up with service adviser Dave Brearly, and told me he should have someone able to look at it in about 15 min's. He even had someone drop me back off at my house. In only an hour later the truck was fixed, the service tech. found that a wire had been broken under the dash. To top off the great service I was told that I could join the "Owner Advantage Plan" and save money now and in the future. What a great deal! The whole Service experience was great! This is why Hawk Ford remains the only Dealer I have my vehicles serviced at, not to mention I've purchased ALL my cars here for the past 18yrs plus.

I love our new Ford and we are very happy with HawkFord! In fact, we went to a different dealer closer to our house when we were looking for this vehicle and walked out because we were treated poorly. That same day we went to Hawk Ford, where my husband had purchased a car in the past and bought this one on the spot.

I have owned 6 Fords since graduating from college. My parents have always owned them. The cars have changed as my lifestyle changes, from a Mustang, Aerostar...to an Escape. I drive over 60 miles to Hawk Ford to purchase my cars and to have them repaired. There are Ford Dealers as close as 1 to 3 miles to my house, but I do not trust or like them as much as I do HawkFord. They are polite and treat me as if they really do care if I am satisfied.
